current average prices for custom-made flooring.
Each floor will vary in cost
depending on customer selection for
clarity, color, character marks,
and the price and availability of
specific wood at the time of
order.
Our pre-finished flooring has two coats of conversion varnish applied. Therefore, upon laying the floor the project is complete. The cost for the pre-finished flooring is an additional $1.50 per square foot plus the cost of the unfinished flooring.
